Can you also provide technical information for the files? Are they UCS compliant? What is the sample rate and bit depth?

I haven't heard of UCS before, read it just now, but I'm not sure about the UCS compliance and what it means exactly :)
UCS (Universal Category System) categorizes audio files with embedded descriptions, keywords, and other useful data for quick search on platforms like Soundminer, Basehead, Soundly, SoundQ, etc. It's a handy tool for sound designers to find specific sounds efficiently.
I suggest rendering your files in .WAV format for lossless compression. Aim for a sample rate of 48000 and a 24-bit depth, as it's the standard for CDs, games, movies, etc.

Half-Life 2 is my most beloved game and the audio of this asset pack brings back the nostalgia, as the audio tracks and sound effects sounds and feels exactly as Half-Life 2 audio. great work once again <3
This is an awesome pack! I love the soundscapes of HL2 and this really nails the essence. I'd love more subtle underground bunker soundscapes (similar to d15)!

Hi there! I haven't got a chance to make a list yet, but I'll do it in the following few days. I'm working on another update for this asset pack any chance I get now, I think your idea of adding footstep sound effects is excellent, I'll record the audio of me walking on various surfaces tomorrow and will get them ready to be put into the next update which is to come out no later than on the weekend. I might even be able to get them done and uploaded here in the next 24 hours! :) If you have more ideas, please let me know, I'll do all I can to get it produced or recorded!

I'm working on them right now! I have wood surface done, now editing the concrete ones :D
I have updated it! Added 35 footstep sound effects of wood and concrete surfaces, plus other misc sounds. I'll do more footstep sound effects for other surfaces in 24-48 hours. Have fun!
I'll also record many variations, so you guys would have a lot to choose from :)

Hi there. It's fixed! :) I had the audio hosted on some free file hosting service, so the server automatically deleted the data after a few days to save storage. Now I hosted the audio on my private server, so this won't be an issue. Have a good day!

I fell in love with Half-Life series many years back. Half-Life 2 especially. I few months back I played it once again and got really inspired by the atmosphere of it and thought why not to make something like this. Over time it might become something really cool
