Will there be discounts during Black Friday?

Hi! The 'Black Friday Creator Day 2025' sale on itch.io starts in 4 days. The Humble Bundle of mine will be discounted down to 39 euros, but there won't be any additional discounts to the packs on their own.

Left a review for this, pretty good overall I'd say. A quick question: are the weapon gunshots meant to be a variation of the same gunshot, or a different variant of weapon, ie; are assault_rifle_fire_ufx1, assault_rifle_fire_ufx2 meant to be used together or is it a case of picking one?

Hi! Thank you very much!

While grouping them into categories like 'assault rifle', I visioned them as being used by developers any way they choose to, as they know best what they like and what they need. So anything that feels to suit you best is a great choice, haha.

I'm working on an update for this one too! Made the reloading sounds a little juicier and crunchier, plus I have already done more bullet impact sounds and made some ricochet sound effects too. This pack is more resource intensive, and a lot of sounds are much more difficult to make. I sometimes find myself 'shooting in the dark', as I haven't made sound effects like these previously, so this requires quite a lot of improvisation, haha.

I'm hoping to release the update in 2-3 weeks!

I'm just curious, how do you make a lot of your more sound effect like samples? Sourced from old sample CDs and morphed in a DAW until legally distinct, bits of really edited foley?

Hi! Using different techniques. They're all original.

A lot of stuff is made from audio recordings. Some were processed just a little bit, some highly processed to make a completely different sound effect. Some stuff in other sound packs of mine like for instance OSTs - mostly made with virtual plugins, but some parts of the soundtracks might also have highly processed samples from the previous recordings. I often discover completely different sounds by processing the stuff that I already processed once or twice already.

some sounds for bullets hitting various materials, similar to the melee ones, would be neat :)
