What's new in v3.1?

Added:

• New modular structures, like pillars, new types of stairs, doorway walls of half the width, or two single doorways in one wall piece, tunnel entrance platform, and so on;
• Military walkie talkie, handheld gaming console, handheld computer;
• 90s computer speakers;
• Pills sachet, toy bricks (+ variants);
• New kinds of cash (+ variants);
• A new kind of cell phone, cell phone battery (+ variants);
• Supply crates;
• Open book;

Other stuff:

• Reworked the furniture to look a bit more retro. Introduced a new design for the base parts, and handles;
• Reworked the TVs;
• Improved the design of the access cards, added color variants, and variants displaying the card's authorization levels;
• Made new textures for the carpet, wooden floor, and general wood variants;
• Fixed the negative mesh size of one of the display cabinet doors.
