What's new in v2.9?

• Added a retro PC and its accessories (+ variants), new types of sofas and chairs (+ variants), new types of lamps (+ variants), a lighter (+ variants), a curtain rod and a TV's remote.
• Improved the modular windows, the vending machine, some of the chair types, some of the lamps and the first type of sofa.
• Tweaked or replaced some of the  textures, added new variants.
• Some bits were optimized better.
• Some small inconsistencies were fixed.
• Sorted all the 3d assets into different folders for some general categories.

Please note: some 3d models now might have a different name, use different textures, have an extra material slot, or the UV mapping might be changed.
